The final drawings, specifications, including materials for the project, are laid out enough to estimate the total cost so we can begin the building process.

We oversee all documentation, manage contractors, permissions, necessary building permits, equipment, and tools and ensure schedule, budget, and management of contractors are of the utmost importance.

We coordinate interior contractors regarding electrical, plumbing, flooring, equipment to be installed, and document review for occupancy requirements.

We oversee the drywall, cabinetry, carpet, and all other miscellaneous finishing touches before quality review and final acceptance documentation are complete on behalf of the owner.
