The result is a living masterpiece, harmonizing asymmetry with balance and rhythm. Patina copper, red brick, and charred wood compose a dynamic facade, inviting tactile exploration. Terraces and balconies punctuate each floor, offering curated vistas and intimate spaces. Cantilevered bays, setback sections, and 2nd floor terraces all help maintain human scale at the main entrance street. This transformative endeavor redefines urban living.
